12 neon benders and 2 full time pumpers within our factory allow us to quickly produce large quantities of neon - a plus in the handling of large sign packages like yours.
All neon is "burnt in" prior to shipping or installing to insure it is lighting properly and to eliminate problems before the sign is installed.
Once the backs and faces are cut, the letters are shaped by our computerized preformer. This machine automatically marks and notches the letters.
Custom crates are built on the premisses for each product when being shipped to ensure a safe arrival.
Your logo or design is scanned anddigitized on our state of the art computers ensuring it's captured exactly.
Once the artwork is captured, it is cut by our computerized router.
